The redesign focused on a customer-centric approach, placing products front and center for an enhanced first-time purchase experience.

Recognizing the importance of Turf Titan's goals, Nectar quickly crafted a plan tailored to Turf Titan's unique needs, converting these challenges into opportunities for growth. This approach was implemented in stages to ensure smooth project management and to maximize the impact of each initiative.

STAGE 1: TRANSITION AND PRIORITIZATION

Nectar began by transitioning Turf Titan from their previous agency.  Despite potential issues, this transition was smooth and trouble-free. Nectar worked closely with Turf Titan to understand their dissatisfaction with the previous agency's content and branding efforts and prioritized the improvement of these areas. Nectar’s thorough onboarding process is designed to ensure understanding of the brand, its goals, values, and concerns.

STAGE 2: OPTIMIZATION AND CONTENT DEVELOPMENT

Next, Nectar enabled Turf Titan for Premium A+ content and designed pages for their top ASINs. This strategy both aligned with the brand and provided SEO value. Furthermore, they successfully launched new ASINs which quickly became best sellers.

STAGE 3: ADVERTISING AND VARIATION STRATEGY

In the final stage, Nectar set up an effective advertising strategy and doubled the advertising sales and spend. Additionally, a new variation strategy was devised, combining top ASINs to merge reviews and drive organic traffic across all child ASINs. The completion of these optimizations before the peak season was another crucial factor.
